Newcon
Insulated Foundations was created as a subsidiary of
Dallow
Custom Homes which was incorporated in the fall of 1999.
Delving
more and more into insulated concrete forms (ICF) and its commercial
and residential applications, led to the purchasing of the
distribution rights to Amvic for
south-eastern Ontario in 2005, and Newcon was born.
With over 27
years in the concrete and construction business, David Dallow has
always focused on innovative leading-edge technologies and
construction practices. His company offers a wide range of both
products and services for both commercial and residential construction.
We build our client’s confidence through our work ethic and
building competency. Over the course of construction we will work
in a very professional and structured environment ensuring that
our companies set of values is being adhered to. They will include
things like: sense of family, positive feedback, teamwork, work
ethic, respect for everyone involved with the construction
process, and most of all, leadership, responsibility and
ownership.
Newcon
Insulated Foundations see sustainability and innovation as an
integral part of how we can use the power of our brand, Amvic, the
energy and passion of our people, and the scale of our business to
create meaningful change.
The opportunity is greater than ever for
sustainability principles and practices to deliver positive returns
and become a driver of growth, to build deeper consumer and
community connections creating positive social and environmental
impact within our communities.
Recognizing the decline of our
natural resources, one of Newcon’s goals is to move to a low-carbon
economy, reducing our waste and increasing the use of both
sustainable and environmentally preferred materials that meet or
exceed current building code requirements for construction.
Newcon
will continue to move forward with its innovative thinking, helping
to use and develop products that will set it apart from the
competition and provide value and sustainability to our clients.
